This help article explains how customers with .mobile domain registrations can access their control panel. The login process depends on whether your domain is a Standard .mobile or a Premium .mobile domain.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you know whether your .mobile domain is standard or premium.
- Have your account login credentials ready.
Step 1: Open the Main Login Page
- Open your web browser.
- Go to the main login page: https://boost.my.mobile/login/
You will see two different login options on this page.
Step 2: Choose the Correct Login Option
On the main login page, select the login option that matches your domain type.
Option A: Standard .mobile Domain Customers
Choose this option if your domain is a standard .mobile registration.
- Click on the "Log in to Your Account" button.
- You will be redirected to the standard .mobile login page.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Click "Login" to access your control panel.
Option B: Premium .mobile Domain Customers
Choose this option if your domain is a premium .mobile registration.
- Click on the "Log in to Premium Control Panel" button.
- On the next page, at the top right corner, click "Account" and then select "Login".
- When you are redirected to the premium .mobile login page, enter your Email Address and Password.
- Click "Login" to access your premium control panel.
